Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your OkayWrite subscription at any time directly from your account settings or by contacting us at admin@townscholar.com.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused credits if you cancel mid-cycle.
2. Refund Policy
At OkayWrite (a brand of Townscholar), we provide instant access to our digital platform and content tools upon successful payment. Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods and consumption of server resources, generally we do not offer refunds. However, we do process refunds in specific technical scenarios as explicitly detailed in the Exceptions point below.
3. Exceptions
We will process a refund only in the following technical scenarios:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- Service Failure: If the platform was completely inaccessible due to our internal server issues for more than 24 continuous hours.
- Timeline: Refund requests for the above exceptions must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction via admin@townscholar.com.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at admin@townscholar.com with:
- Registered Email ID
- Transaction ID / Invoice Number
- Brief description or screenshot of the technical issue
5. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated immediately and typically reflect in your original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
