OkayWrite (a brand of Townscholar) is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. We do not ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally.

• Instant Access: Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated immediately.
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and account details within 5 minutes of payment. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you do not see it in your Inbox.

2. Shipping Costs

Since there are no physical products, there are no shipping or handling charges.

3. Timeline

Delivery is immediate. There is no waiting period for access to the tools.

4. Issues with Access
